Frequently asked questions
Do you charge VAT?
No. The Camera Supply (trading as Verdane Aero) uses the Belgian small business VAT exemption, so prices are final and no VAT is shown or charged. Business buyers cannot reclaim VAT on our invoices because none is charged. Imports outside the EU may attract local duties and taxes, paid by the buyer.
Why do many products show "Price on request"?
We only show a buy button when we can offer a genuine product below the best price of reputable dealers. For other models we quote personally, including delivery, lead time and the version for your country.
Am I allowed to spray pesticides with a drone?
It depends on your country. In the EU aerial application of plant protection products is banned unless a derogation applies. In the US you need FAA Part 137 and state licences. You, the buyer, are responsible for all licences and permits. See our regulations page.
Do you deliver worldwide?
We deliver to most countries, charged per order by zone (Belgium, EU, Europe outside the EU, rest of the world). We do not deliver drones to the United States, nor to sanctioned destinations.
Is the drone the international version?
Yes. We only supply international or EU version units that can be activated in your region. China domestic units are region locked and are never supplied.
What warranty applies?
In the EU you have the 2 year legal guarantee. Manufacturer service through local dealers may require registration; ask us before ordering.
How long does delivery take?
Parts ship in 10 to 20 days, batteries 20 to 35 days (dangerous goods), drones in a crate 14 to 35 days depending on destination.
Can I return a drone?
Consumers in the EU have a 14 day withdrawal right for unused items in original packaging; return freight for crated drones is paid by the buyer. Business purchases have no withdrawal right.
